The Comonwealth Senate is the only Upper House in the British Empire in which the mebers are elected by the same class of voters enjoying the identical franchise as they do in the election of members to the House of Represenatives.„ The 'Senate bas a continued existence anOiliot clikpoived by-any efflux of time. [...] 34 of the Judicature Act 1873 the administrtion of the estates of decease persons is one of the Matters which is assigned to the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice ; and when we speak of administration under the decree of the Court we mean here administrtion in Chancery distinguished from aministration Bankruptcy.
