The Comonwealth Senate is the only Upper House in the British Empire in which the mebers are elected by the same class of voters enjoying the identical franchise as they do in the election of members to the House of Represenatives.„ The 'Senate bas a continued existence anOiliot clikpoived by-any efflux of time. [...] For instance it may so happen that the influence of the ministry over the House is waning and the ministry feels that it cannot rely any longer on the support of the House and then it may advise the GovernoGeneral to dissolve the House in the hope of commanding a majority after a re-election. [...] 34 of the Judicature Act 1873 the administrtion of the estates of decease persons is one of the Matters which is assigned to the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice ; and when we speak of administration under the decree of the Court we mean here administrtion in Chancery distinguished from aministration Bankruptcy.
