WE BEG TO DRAW THE ATTENTION OF THE Hon’ble the Chief Justice and the Judges to a long standing grievance of the Vakils practising of the Appellate side of the High Court in connetion with the publication of the cause lists on that side. [...].On the 8th of July 1901 the representative of the judgment-debtors whose property had been sold in execution of the decree affirmed by the High Court on the 25th of February 1889 insttuted two suits in the Court of the Subordinate Judge of Bareilly one numbered ioo of 1901 against the representatives of Intizam Begum the purchaser of the eight villages and the other numbered 99 of 1901 [...] the village Manhera) sold at the auction sale of April 1894 wars the amount paid by the purchaser on completion of the sale together with the amount due on the prior morgage dated the 25th of May 1877 and that inasmuch as the property had been exonerated from all liability in respect of that prior mortgage the sum due on the footing thereof amounting to Rs. [...] (6) it must be shown that the sale to them was a valid sale ; and further the discussion as to the validity of that sale and the resultant interests arising therefrom must be limited to the position of the transferer and the transferee and not to the position of the superior landlord still less to that of the Plaitiffs. [...] The main ground of the application for the apointment of a Receiver was the fact that Saligram could get no funds from the estate either for the maintenance of his family or for settling the affairs of the estate to one half of which the arbitiltors declared him entitled.
