The law regarding the powers of alienation is made stringent enough in the Hindu law books to safeguard the rights of the sons and even the son in the womb. [...] The learned Judges say " in the case of a mortgage debt icurred by the father the debt is the primary oblgation and is binding on the son if it is not for an illegal or immoral purpose ; 40 the mortgage is only a collateral security for the discharge of the debt either by the receipt of rents and profits by the mortgagee or by causing it to be sold after the debt becomes parable. [...] Where the members of the committee of management of a temple received the expenses for defraying the worship of a certain temple by hereditary officers or servants held that a suit is maintainable at the instance of the former against the latter for declaration that the Plaintiffs have a right to have the worship performed by others when the Defendants neglected to perform the worship. [...] 2 who was the owner of the estate to the extent of 4 annas share partly on his own ;account and partly as administrator to the estate of his deceased brother was the !jaradar of the khas lands of the estate under the Receiver. [...] Tire decree was sent for execution to the Munsif of Satkania in the district of Chittagong where the parties had their permanent residence and on the i5th January 1907 a peon arrived 'at the hpuse of the Plaintiff with awrit of attachment gainst the moveables of the judgment-debtor This event constituting a cause of action the Plaintiff brought a suit in the local Munsif's Court and prayed
