It will he noticed that the Magisterial and Revenue Courts will in conformity with the declaration made under the Negotiable Instruments Act observe the 15th of March next as a holiday on account of the Dolejatra and this is also the second day of the holidays to be observed l.y the Civil Courts The High Court ordinarily denies itself many of the minor holidays that it grants to the Civil Courts [...] The history of the case as gathered from the proceedings reflects the greatest discredit on those responsible for the conduct of the case and it is a matter of much regret that responsible attorneys of. the Court should have lent themselves to this course of procedure and that a Prothonotary of this Court should have permitted this procedure which apears to me to be nothing short of a grave 11 [...] The main idea ucderlying the Bill appears to he in the first place to relieve the Commissioner of the duty of reviewing the details of the partition effected bythe Collector and his subordinates ; for under the Bill the Collector himself instead of the Commissioner is charged with the duty ofc Jfirming the partition which in a previous prceeding he has to "approve." Under the Act as it [...] In the course of his judgment the MASTER OF THE ROLLS observed: In order to maintain his claim it is necessary for the applicant to prove that there was a personal injury by "accident" arising "out of" and in the course of the employment.
