Notice as to the days on which the Vacation Bench will sit fur the hearing of motions and cases in which vakils are engaged and as to the distribution of business will be given from time to time The Offices of the Appellate Side -will be closed for the vacation from Thursday the loth October to Monday the 14th November 1912 both days inclusive. [...] The itjterest of the landlord passed to two persons in two moiety shares each of the new owners of the land in suit took separate kabuliyats from the Defendants in respect of his share of the holding.
