The quetion therefore really was as regards the extent of the authority of the Indian Legislature and not as regards the extent of the immunity of the Indian Government. [...] P. C. of revoking the sanction by the Sub-Deputy Magistrate is summarily rejected." The High Court observed that " the District Magistrate was in error in not hearing the pleader in the matter or the application by way of appeal preferred by the Petitioner under see. [...] The Petitioner subsequently appeared before the Munsif and put in a petition to the effect that the application showing satisfaction of the decree had been fraudulently filed by the Opposite Party and the Munsif held that the aforesaid application showing satisfaction of the dc-ree was a forgery. [...] On the 7th October 1912 the Pettioner moved the High Court for extension of time to prosecute the Opposite Party and the application filed by the Petitioner was returned to the Petitioner's Vakil with the verbal observation that six months must be calculated from the 13th May 1912 the date on which the District Judge finally dismissed the appeal preferred by the Oposite Party. [...] The Plaintiff alleged that after the above partition the name of Ram Das Dhar was registered in the zemindar's books in the place of the Plaintiff's name as a proprietor cf the taluk and that in spite of this the zemindar brought certain rent suits in respect of the taluk against the present Plaintiff and certain other persons and got decrees.
