Notice as to the days on which the Vacation Bench will sit for the hearing of motions and cases in which Vakils are engaged and as to the distribution of business will be given from time to time The office of the Appellate Side will be closed for the vacation from Monday the 29th September to Friday the 31st. [...] The students are required to read ahead of the class work and the fifty minutes' class may range over twenty pages or more of the case-book (Incidentally it may be mentioned that the full reports in the case-book enable the students for the bulk of their work to dispense with the reports in the library—a very important matter so far as wear and tear is concerned.) [...] After the death of the original tenant Girdhari the holing of 19 and odd bighas was recorded in the landlord's sherista in the names of Bhowani son of Girdhari and Kumar the Defendant No. [...] Court and on appeal to the lower Appellate Court he succeeded as to the remaqiing four annas that Court holding that the hibanama to Naloo was void as was contended by the Plaintiff; Held that any objection to the transfer on the ground of Musha would be cured by a proof of the transferee being put in possession of the property purported to have been transferred.
