I trust the Registrar's letter will have the effect of calling the attention of the members of the profession to the rules concerning the Propective Lists and that they will give the Court every assistance in the matter to which the Registrar's letter refers. [...] Sue I am directed to draw your special attention to the notice which appeared in the Cause List on Saturday last under the Prospective Lists which nctice is to the following effect:- " It is desired to bring to the attention of the profession that a list of suits which have not apeared in the Prospective List within 6 months from the date of institution is now being prepared in the office [...] There the Dfendint was the owner of a building in the City the different floors of which were let by him separately as chambers or offices the staircase by which access to them was obtained remaining in the possession and control of the Defendant. [...] The Plaintiff who had in the course of business called on the tenants of one of the floors fell while coming down the staircase through the worn and defective condition of one of the stairs and Buffered personal injuries. [...] The Bombay High Court on its Original Side alowed the Plaintiff's claim with costs and damages holding that the Indian Railways Act did not authorise the Defendants to construct a railway on the road in question without the permission of the Plaintiff because the road was immoveable property which did not belong to the Respondent and to which theprovisions of the Land Acquistion Act (I of
