[...] The learned Judge in dismising the action said— It was admitted that there was no publication to the son and it was said that thee Defendant was not responsible for the publication to the father. [...] For the Plaintiff it was contended that the Defendant intended that the letter should be published' to some one and it was immaterial whether it was to the father or the son. [...] In this case the Defendant was asked by the son to answer the questions in confidence and the son promised that he would not let the Plaintiff know that the Defendant had written.
