[...] We publish below the words of wecome addressed to his Lordship by the respetive heads of the different sections of the legal profession and His Lordship's very appropriate reply :- The Advocate-General said: My Lord—Before the work of the Court begins may I be allowed on behalf of my brethren of the Bar and also on my own behalf to say a few words to your lordship on the position to which yo [...] to the satisfaction of the litigants and to the satisfaction of the public. [...] Nobody apparently noticed in the Appellate Court that the suit ought to have been tried as a small Cause Court suit and no objection to the form of the suit or to the copetency of the appeal was taken in the lower. [...] T15 of the Civil Procedure Code against the decision of the Subordinate Judge Lind otained the present alule Held—That...0e decree of the Munsif was not' appealable to the lower Appellate Court and therefore the decree made.
