May we ask if this is how the police the magistracy and the local Government are displaying their regard for the often repeated announcement of the 17"xviii THE CALCUTTA WEEKLY. [...] The position of the Irish Free State in relation to the Imperial Parliament is to be similar to that of the Domnion of Canada and the representative of the British Crown in Ireland is to be appointed in the same manner as the Governor -eneral of Canada.
