[...] Britain also has recently played the part of a great peace-maker in the framing of the Locarno Pact and agreed to act as a guarantor for the preservation of European peace. [...] When this Peace Pact is cone uded amongst the great powers of Europe it will be greatly instrumental in the preservation of the world-peace and the desire of Turkey that all the world powers great and small should be included in the Pact when reciprocated will result in allaying the Mahomedan unrest which is based on very just and legitimate grievances.
