It is the duty of the citizens no less than of the Government to take the necessary steps both in their own interest and in the interest of humanity on the lines suggested for the prvention of young delinquents developing into hardened criminals.. [...] Presiding at the annual meeting of the Society for the Protection of Children in India on Wednesday last His Excellency the Govenor of Bengal dwelt on the need for organisttions to deal with the rescue of children in Bengal and suggested the establishment of a Reformatory an Industrial School and a Borsl Institution. [...] In appeal the decision of the trial Court was upheld and it was held that the revocation of the Will was dependent upon the truth of the testator's belief and therefore had no effect. [...] It was held that the Plaintiff still retained his original riparian rights and that as the wharf and rclaimed land under the maintenance of the Dfendant would obstruct the Plaintiff's access to the river the Plaintiff could cross the premises for that purpose as longas they were maintaied subject to the general regulatory powers of the Defendant. [...] If the driver had done so he would have noticed the Plaintiff emerging from the wicket gate and walking along the line and further aarain ought to have foreseen that the girl would cross the road in front of the 'engine.
