Furthethe Appellant in the High Court may not be the Appellant in the Privy Council appeal yet under the new_ system inaugurated since November 1920 the Appellant in all cases is made to pay the unecessary cost for preparing 64 copies of the paper-book prind in the Privy Council form involving considerable increase in the number of pages although only 24 copies are necessary for th [...] Thus papers that -may be necessary for the purpose of the High Court but which may be rendered immaterial for the purpose of the Privy Council after the decision of the High Court are included in the Privy Council paper-book thereby increasing its bulk and the counsel's fees in proportion. [...] The Small Cause Court Judge of JessOre dismissed the Plaintiff's suit for default: The eupon the Plaintiff applied for restoration of the suit under Or.- 9 r. 9 of the Civil Procedure Code on the ground of ilness. [...] The order of dismissal of the suit is set aside and the suit is restored." Against this order the Defendants obtained the present Rule. [...] If the costs are not paid within a month of the arrival of the record in the Court below this Rule will be made asolute and the order restoring the suit.
