IO that view the learned District Judge not only punished for contempt of Court the pesons who were guilty of a breach of his order but he directed the properties of the pleader to be attached as a person who was abetting the other people in committing the contempt of Court. [...] The matter came up to the High Court which issued a rule in anwer to which the learned Magistrate submitted an explanation stating that the matter was pending before the tribunal and it was the santion of the trihun.al that he meant. [...] The Plaintiffs sued for a declaration of tneir right of pasturage over some plots of land which had been obstructed by the Defendants by the excavction of a tAnk and a khat thereon._ The Defendants contended inter alia that the maliks were necessary parties and that the suit was not maintainable unless they were ipleaded in the suit.
