It appears that the Defendant was the (lessee of a house and a ftw days before the expiry of the lease the Plaintiff purchased it -from the owneaa lessor. [...] It may be that after the detemination of the tenancy the tenant remains on the land for some timeokvith the consent of the landlord. [...] IR later life he wrote frequently in the periodicals pleading for a better undestanding of the East and indicating the points of contact between the highest metaphysics of the East and the West. [...] Often the person. challenged acts as the judge of wheither the challenge was reasonable or at best his colleagues do so and in either case the procedure ivolves the startling circumstance that the judges themselves decide upon the fitness of the criticism passed upon them. [...] Once a decision has been given the judge must to a certain extent be given over to crit'clan and the State must permit analysis of reasoning even discussion of his coet which is essential to the formation of critical opinion which ultimately dete*nines the course of legislation and the tradtions Of the Bench.
