If the Court looks into the records of the cases fixed for the day and follow the istructions of the High Court as issued in Circular Orders then speedier justice can be done. [...] The Bar gets its daily fee and it is the interest of the Mofussil Bar to delay the hearing of the suits and cases aid take time from day to day. [...] The pleaders do not come to Court at 11 nor their clients and the Court finds no work to do at it The obscurer the station the more dilatory are the pleaders and their clients in attending Courts. [...] done is that the filing is dale through the whole day of the sitting of the Court. [...] It is often seen that those of the judicial officers who give wide scope for gain either to the Bar or to the clerks of the Courts or to the peons become popular.
