In the case before Lort Williams J. there was no clear statement in the body of the plaint as to when the cause of action arose and it was held that a bare statement at the end of the plaint that the cause of action arose on a particular day was not enough or did not cure the defect. [...] Only the other day the case of the German Minority who complained against the Polish Government inf ringing some of the provsions of the Minorities Guarantee Treaty came up for consideration by the Council of the League of Nations. [...] Arthur Henderson presiding at that meeting of the League Council in January last after an amicable settlement of the questions at issue was reached btween the representatives of the Germans and the Polish Government emphasised that the system of the protection of Minorities inaugurated by the League of Nations was now a part of the Public Law of Jnrope and of the World."
