During the prset Parliamentary recess the Bank of England whose international credit is intimtely connected with the credit of the whose international credit is intBritish Government felt that for the main tenance of the national credit it was essetial that the balancing of the Budget could not be further postponed. [...] The resignation of the Labour Goverment and the formation of the prsent coalition Government are to be directly attributed to the intervention of H. M. the King. [...] It should be further noted that this new Government was formed at the instance of H. M. the King in the face of the opposition of the party in power. [...] Now the point is whether under this section any one or more out of all the co-sharer landlords who obtained the decree can aply for execution for the specific shares of the landlords so applying ; or the decree is to be executed in its entirety by all the dcree-holders or by one or more of their number for the benefit of all according to the provisions of Or. [...] Where a person kills another and pleads the consent of the deceased and from the circumstances of the case it appears that it might not be impossible that the deceased consented to be killed the accused should be given the benefit of exception (5) to sec.
