Therein it is provided that the Appellant himself will have to file a dclaration naming the Advocate who will prepare the Paper-Book and the time provided for the purpose is two weeks from the signing of the valcalatuama authorising an Advocate to file the appeal. [...] With regard to Rule ZIG the only criticism we would offer is that since the Appellant may engage for the preparation of the Paper-Book an Advocate other than the Avocate through whom he has filed the apeal the requirement that the declaration must be filed by the former simultaneously with fIe deposit or money which must be made by the latter will create diffieaity. [...] But we do not understand why the provision is yet retained in Ride 62 that an Appellant is to supply his own copies only if he desires to have the preliminary hearing on the same day that the appeal is filed?" Is it the expectation of the Court that the office will finish the preparation of the Paper-Book that very day? [...] Five Appendices set forth all the All-India and the provincial rules under both the Court Fees and the Suits Valuation Acts so that the practitioner finds in the book a reference-work embodying not only all the case-law but all the enactments by the different provincial Governments and legislatures. [...] The question arose whether it was within the competence of the guardian by executing a promissory note to make the minors liable to the extent of the joint family property in their hands and whether the guardian intended to make the minors liable: Held (Full Bench: BEASLEY C. J. RAMSAM and KING JJ.)—That one must look at all the surrounding circumstances in infering the intention.
