The author starts with an introduction which is in the form of a summary of the entire work and which according to the author is intened to be of special use to the beginners and examinees in Hindu Law. [...] Susequently the Appellant filed another applcation in execution of the same decree against the same parties for the attachment of certain decrees as the property of the isolvent in the hands of the Official Receiver. [...] 37 of the Provincial Isolvency Act it is the Insolvency Court which retains control of it and the Insolvency Courtmust direct its disposal hi the interest of the general body of the creditors. [...] The suit was dcreed and the effect of the decree was that so far as the shares of the persons who had agreed to sell to the Defendant No. [...] In the present suit the Plaintiff claimed to recover possession of the shares of the persons in respect of whose sale the deed was valid by partition and as to the shares of the others he claimed to fall back upon the mortgage seeking such reliefs as the Court may think fit to grant.
