We refer to Rule 78 which provides that as soon as the list of papers to be included in the paper book has been settled notice will be served on the Advocate for the Appellant calling upon him to prpare type-written copies of the Paper-Book and to serve on the Respondent and file in the office the necessary copies within 21 days from the date of such notice. [...] But apart from that we are definitely of opinion that the period of 21 days prescribed for all cases irrespective of the volume of the Paper-Book shows an imperfect appreciation of the nature of the work and the difficulties of obtaining funds from mofussil clients. [...] If clients are expected to bring in the entire costs of an appeal within three weeks and the Advocates are expected to get the Paper-Book ready within the same period whatever the volume of the Paper-Book or the amount of translation work may be we are afraid that howevei.; well-intentioned the new rules their result will be to stifle appeals of the kind to which they relate. [...] If the Courts begin to disallow the pleaders to act on the ground that the latter are not pesonally known to the presiding officers the function of the Bar is bound to conic to an end. [...] It was contended that the unregistered firm was not entitled to enforce the award: Held (Woltz' and MONOHARLAL JJ.).-- That the only ground for rejecting the award being an objection to the legality of the award on the face of it and there being no such illegality on the face of it the Court could not reject the award.
