If the proposed amendments of the rules framed under the B. A D. Act have any meaning they mean th the Government of Bengal have taken alarm at the financial consequences of their mission of doing good to debtors at the expense of other people. [...] The paging is continuous and the table of cases has been ierted at the begining of the first part and the subject index at the end of the second. [...] covery of a certain sum of money on the allegation that they were partners in a parnership shop that the partnership was disolved and that during the continuance of the partnership the debt was incurred by the Defendants to the partnership and that the Plaintiff as the persons who were members of the partnership were therefore entitled to the debt. [...] 109 of the Limitation Act does not prvide that the starting point of time for the recovery of mesne profits wrongfully receied shall be the date when the cause of ation to recover the profits arose ; the staring point is the date when the profits were received.
