Sometimes mistakes are also committed in the number of the suit or appeal or in the year of the number. [...] The only paciple followed in England is that holders of certain offices or portfolios must be mtmbers of the Cabinet but apart from that there is no rigidity about the number of Ministers if our correspondent be aquainted with events during the Great War he cannot be unaware that the factors other than the real needs of business often determine the size of a Ministry or the exclusion or [...] If the whole process of work on which or part of which the workman was emploed comes within the description of " adapting goods for transport or sale " the workman falls within the schedule although it may not be shown that he himself actually took part in that portion of the process which involves any physical work or alteration of the article in question.
