All that has to be done is to shift the bench at the back of the chairs a few inches behind and costruct a passage running from the middle of the Bar table up to the wall at the far end of the room. [...] If he files the stamps and folios on the same day that they are notified or on the next day he is not in default and if the copy be supplied on those stamps and folios he gets the whole period from the date of his application up to the date of the delivery of the copies. [...] He is not expected to call before the date fixed for the delivery of the copy unless he or his pleader is personally notified; and if not being so notified he appears on the day fixed for the delivery of the copy and coming then to know of the further requistion complies therewith the same day or on the next working day he is reasonably dilgent and is entitled to the benefit of the whole [...] It follows that in all cases where a further requisition is made before the date originally fixed for the delivery of the copy the applicant will not forfeit the days intevening between the second requisition and compliance therewith if he files the stamps and folios on the date originally fixed for the delivery of the copy or the next working day. [...] When the owner mortgages his property part of his interest passes to the mortgagee but when the property is sold at a Court auction the purchaser has vested in him the full title of the mortgagor as it existed before the mortgage and the law which applies to the mortgagor applies to him.
