The very soul of honour and above pettiness of every kind it did one’s heart good to come in cotact with him; and the charm of manners which endeared him to everybody was not thd inane charm of an ineffective and a good-for-nothing but the engaging charm of a successful man of the world who was also a gentleman in the truest sense of the term. WADSWO [...] 26A of the Income Tax Act contemplates the regitration of a firm which is constituted under an instrument of partnership which clearly states what the individual shares of the partners are to be.
