That lie cotended made the father's debts the first charge on joint family property so that even when on the father's death that prperty came to devolve on the sons by suvivorship the charge followed it and on the insolvency of the sons their creditors were livble to be postponed to him in the applcation of the property to the payment of debts. [...] The cenverse case of the position of sons vis-a-vis the father’s insolvency has formed subjecmatter of several interesting decisions and there have been cases as to the right of a creditor of heirs at law to intervene in prbate proceedings relating to the will of the predecessor-in-interest. [...] 51 of the Provincial Insolvency Act for the payment to him of the amount of the bid of the decree-holder. [...] 51 of the Provincial Insolvency Act is that the benefit of the execution represents the bid made at a sale or the assets realised othewise in the course of execution. [...] 21 r. 64 after notice has been given to the judgmendebtor and he prefers no objection to the effect that the property is not saleable and in furtherance of that order the property is sold the judment-debtor is precluded from questioning the propriety of that order and impugning the sale on the ground which he might and ought to have taken before sale.
