The first duty of the Judge is to summon as jurors twice the number of persons required for the trial. [...] 55 (4) of the Civil Procedure Code lays down that if the judgment-debtor fails to appear on the date fixed the Court may either direct the security to be realised from die surety or commit the debtor to the Civil Prison in execution of the decree.
