1943

[...] If we are correctly informed the whole cause of the delay is that whereas formerly the proofs and the final copies used to be brought by a motor van now the vehicle of transport is a menial servant of a listless type who takes his own time to perform the jouneys to and from the press. [...] But it cannot be that we have been reduced to such a condtion that even the High Court of the Province and the Government Press cannot between themselves arrange for the contnuance of the old system in regard to such a small matter and maintain the speedy prparation and distribution of the Court's Cause List. [...] He can split up the mortgage and distribute the liability under the mortgage over different portions of the mortgaged property in the possession of different subsequent transferees. [...] 132 of the Limitation Act and the starting point of limitation is the date fixed by the decree for payment of the decretal amont.
