It is a matter for satisfaction that the profession which has made the most valuable contributions both to the office of Vice-Chancellor and the dvelopment of the University is now rinstalled. [...] The vision appears to have been of the talkie variety for not only did the poet witness the dance movements of the mystic figure but he was also able to catch two lines of the song which the figure was rendering. [...] If they are the world has decidedly been ’ enriched by the acquisition of the latest composition of Tagore successfully snatched from the other side of life.
