Whether anybody likes it or not Subhas Chandra Bose has come to symbolise in the minds of our people the spirit of deatdefying resistance to the powers that keep India in chains the spirit of dedication to the cause of our country's freedom. [...] We wish to Heaven that this latest change in the French political scene is a portent of good and that in the sphere of foreign policy particularly' in rgard to the problem of Indo-Chinese freedom the new French Government applies principles that the Left Wing professes. [...] The purchase of a holding sold in execution of a rent-decree by a judgment-debtor either by himself or in the name of another person in cotravention of sec. [...] Ordinarily a Court of justice should be diinclined to take the mortgaged property out of the lx ssession of the mortgagor who is entitled to continue in possession of the same until ownership has passed out of his hands by a sale held in execution of the final decree in the action. [...] It is not practicable to lay down any hard and fast rule governing the circustances in which a receiver in such a suit can be appointed but by way of illustration it may he said that when the Court is satisfied that the value of the security has diminished by an act of the mortgagor or otherwise or when the morgage security is apparently insufficient to liqudate the entire dues of the mor
