forcing the orders and decrees passed by the existing Courts or that even if there was any future possibility of the High Courts ceasing to function for any reason (say as in the case of the High Court of Burma during Japanese occupation by enemy coquest) that would be any reason for the Court declining now to administer the law as it stands at present. [...] What may be the position of the High Court after the impending constitutional changes in the light of such changes in other parts of the British Empire in the past we shall discuss later.
