The passage of the Idian Independence Act 1947 has meant that as from " the appointed day " August 15 1947 two n [...] The judgment reported in this issue places correctly considerable emphasis on the fact that the regulation of appeals is a prime element in the sovereignty of the Domnions and lays clown therefore that legilation to abolish all Canadian appeals to the Privy Council is intro wires the Domnion Parliament.
