As a matter of fact we may point out that in recent years the work put in by the various offices on the Original Side has oven in spite of its C\'et'-lncreasnlg volullle performed more satisfactorily than ever before and the effciency of the department has considerably improved. [...] The statement of ohjects and reasons of the Bill says that under Article (3) of the Draft Constitution the jurisdiction' of His Majesty in Council to entertain and dispose of appeals front any Court in tdi:: should cease ail all appeals should be transferred to and disposed of by the Supreme Court.
