52 C. W. N. 882 orders in the nature of orders ancillary to the orders passed by the Court where the company was registered were passed in view of the pendency of the main petition for sanction of a scheme of arrangement in the Court of the country where the company was registered. [...] 276 prescribes the limits so far as an unregistered company is concerned and the limitation is that an " uregistered company shall not except in the event of being wound up be deemed to be a company under this Act." It is time that the legislature of the country concerned shOuld intervene but meanwhile a company in the position of the petitioner company can obviate the difficulties of jud [...] The legislative function which is vested in the Parliament or the State Legislature comes to an end with the assent and the bill or the proposed Act bconies an Act. [...] when the Act comes into force we would draw attention to Article 367 of the Costitution of India which provides inter alia that the General Clauses Act 1897 shall apply for the interpretation of the Consttution as it applies for the interpretation of an Act of the Legislature of the Dominion of India. [...] 5 (1) where any Central Act is not expressed to come into operation on a particular day then it shall come into operation on the day on which it receives the assent — (a) in the case of a Central Act made before the commencement of the consttution of the Governor-General and (b) in the case of an Act of Parliament of the President."
