On Octber 23 the chiefs of the Iroquois tribe-- well familiar to those who have read or heard of the anthropological researches of the great American scholar Morgan-- went to Lake Success and lodged a complaint with the United Nations against the discriminatory policy and practices of the U. S. Government. [...] The copy will be forthwith referred by the Faculty of Law to g Committee of not more than three persons to be selected for their special competence in this behalf who will examine the same and before the expiry of two months from the date of the submission of the copy by the Professor to the Registrar report to the Faculty whether the work is complete and ready for the Press. [...] If upon such report the Faculty are satisfied that the work is coplete the Professor will commence to delver his lectures within three months from the date of the resolution of the Faculty and shall complete the delivery thereof in aother three months. [...] " If the Professor fails to submit the copy of the lectures or if the copy sumitted' be found on examination to be icomplete and not ready for the Press the matter will be referred to the Faculty of Law upon whose recommendation the Senate may either extend the time or cancel the appointment." *piglet taus OTHER HIGH COURTS. [...] 7 (1) of the Preventive Detention Act 1950 to disclose all facts which wotold en‘ able a detenu to make a proper represetation against the order which has been passed depriving him of his liberty and it would be for the Court and not for the detaining authority to determine whether the facts are sufficient or not to give the detenu the necessary opportunity to make the representation.
