N.) referred to the expression "for Any other purpose" occurring in Article 226 of the Constitution and sta"ed that the concluding words of the article must be read in the context of what precedes the same. [...] It is significant that the 'applications' referred to in Rule 6 and in section 24 (ai) as also the `claims' mentioned in Rules 13 and 14 which repeat the terms of :ection 25(1) are all to be submitted in the same Form III of which the head: ing stands as Claim for inclusion in the electoral roll of a consituency."
