We would like to draw the attention of the authorities concerned to the iconvenience of the Bar occasioned by the way in which the daily lists of 4:lie Appellate Side are made available. [...] The object of the Lists is to enable members of the Bar to get ready with their cases during the night and if the lists are made available a faw minutes before the Courts sit the object of issuing.n Cause-List is almost frutrated. [...] We understand that the officer in Charge of the Cause-List is the Deputy Registrars We hope he will take up the matter with the Bengal Goiternment Press authorities and would point out to them the inconvenience of the Bar and others alike occasioned by late delivery of Cause-Lists. [...] Such informtion must however be supplied to the Reporters along with the number of the case the date of judgment and the points decided preferably on the date the judgments are delivered. [...] The utility of a bop& like this depends on the accuracy of references and so far as we could verify they have been found to be correa To maintain the usefulness of the tgleit the author might bring out a supplement twhich might bring the book up to date covering cases from 1950-1952.
