gestae It appears to rest ultimately on two propositions—that human utteance is both a fact and a means of comunication and that human action may be so interwoven with words that the significance of the action cannot be understood without the :orrelative words and the dissociation of the words from the action would impede the discovery of truth. N. 98 the question before the Judicial Committee was about the admisibility of the evidence of the four winesses conveniently referred to by the Judicial Committee as the Maitra group.
