The High Court (Wanchoo C. J. and Bapna J.) was of the view that the trial should be taken as having been.ctniducted with the aid of two assessors as sanctioned by section 285 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the irregularity committed was curable under section 537 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
