128) it has been pointed out that the Court in which the application is made must have jurisdiction over the whole matter of the award and if the value of the subject-matter is greater than the money limit of the Court's jurisdiction or is from its nature not a matter of which the Court can take cognisance the application shall be returned. [...] The publisher of a magazine owned the magazine and the articles which appeared in it and the statute declared the article to be the property of the publisher just as if he were himself the author. [...] Ritchie (who was the Chairman of the Company) to the Secretary to the accountant and the balance as they might think fit in their discretion amongst the servants of the Company. [...] He asked the Recorder to state a case for the opinion of the Court of Crown cases reserved on the question of the admissibility of the evidence of the Defendant's bankruptcies. [...] In the year 1886 Petitioner again issued notices of ejectment to the said persons one set of notices relating to the lease of the whole village the other set to - the parcels of land claimed as "Sir." All the said persons contested the said notices.
