The award was to the effect that one of the parties now the Plaintiff should pay a sum of money to the other now Defendant on the latter delivering up certain title-deeds. [...] In the same case a decree-holder having died after the hearing of the appeal but before judgment was delivered it was held that his son was not inco►- petent by reason of the fact that he had not been brought on the record before the judgment of the lower Appellate Court wag delivered to appeal to the High Court as the judgment should be read as from the date when the Court reserved judgment. [...] Meld that the right of the purchaser was good for the life of the widow the adopted son owning only a vested remainder in the alienated property. [...] 295 C. P. C. after the proceeds of the sale of the first parcel but before that of the second parcel was paid in was entitled to the benefit of sec. [...] Sir William read passages from the judgment of the senior Judge to show that he entirely discarded and disbelieved the evidence of the said two eywitnesses the two women and the decision was at variance with that of the Sessions Judge.
