TAKE the ease where the settlement is in favour of a son grandson and great-grandson both unborn of whom the two former are the life tenants and the last the absolute owner and the intermediate issue fails. [...] 831) where it was stipulated in the lease in this cash that " at the expiration of the period of the lease in the event of a new lease not being given the said lessor shall be at liberty to resume direct possession of the land demised and to take over all the buildings then standing thereon at a valuation arrived at by three arbitrators one of whom is to be appointed by the lessor the second by [...] It was doubted whether even on the supposition that the kidnapping continued up to the time of the assault the assault was committed in the course of the same transaction as the kidnapping. [...] It was held that the accused was justfied in making the statement either in the interest of the temple or because the statement was no more than a publication of the result of proceediegs in a Court of Justice. [...] In this suit a guardian ad litem had been appointed at the instance of the Plaintiff for twos infant Dfendants and the tumuli 'order was made by the Original Court when decreeing the suit directing the Plaintiff to pay the costs of the guardian ad Hum.
