The value of the land at these various situations was calculated by the rentals - (less the usual deduction for rates and taxes) of the lands and godowns multiplied by 20 and then d' ducting the value of the godowns and it was urged by the claimants that this result represented the value of the various sites and that the value of the site to be acquired was to be ascertained with reference to [...] The question then arose whether this mode of calculating the value of the various sites was a correct mode or not and it was contended that by multiplying the rent of the godown and land by 20 the calculation assumed as its basis that the outlay on the godowns gave a return of 5 per cent. [...] At the close of the Judge's charge to the jury the counsel for the accused asked that the following points mighbe reserved for the decision of the Court under sec. [...] The Subordinate Judge on the 7th September 1903 rejected the prayer of the Plaintiff Debendia Narain Singha for the appointment of a Receiver pending the disposal of the suit. [...] upon the said executrix Rangini Dasi to furnish proper security for the due administration of the estate of the late Tarini Charan Singha on the allegation that the executrix had not yet filed correct inventory of the properties left by the tetator and that otherwise the estate of the sons of the said Tarini Charan would sustain loss.
