Under the circumstances the more discreet course for them as also for the neutral Power is to disarm them and intern the crew as was done by the United States in 190.4 in the case of the Russian cruiser Lena which took shelter id' San Fransisco in a damaged condition after anengagement with the Japanese fleet. [...] The mere fact of registration under the Companies' Act in this country cannot give the Court a jurisdiction if the principal place of 'business " and " chief control of the business " is in the enemy country. [...] 32 of the Bombay Court of Wards Act does not apply to suits pending at the time of the assumption of superintendence of the estate by the Court of Wards. [...] The Defendants denied the claim rpudiating the correctness of the pedigree filed by the Plaintiff. [...] The Plaintiff then filed an application in the Court of the Judicial Commissioner of Oudh for review of judgment on the ground that he had discovered a pedigree of the Plaintiff's family prepared under certain orders of the Government which went to support his claim.
