The under-mentioned principal officers will be on duty :- The Master will hear urgent Chamber applications on the following specified days in September via.:—Friday the 4th Monday the 7th Wednesday the gth Friday the I ith Monday the t4th and Wednesday the 16th after which application for special appointments for the hearing of urgent Chamber applications should be made as will be notified [...] After the phenomenal success of Prussian firms at Sedan on the 1st of September 1810 the question of the violation of the neutrality of Belgium arose between France and Germany in a very different way. [...] The Notes are not merely collections of head-notes but in some places are in the form of a commentary and as a whole the book bears evidence of an earnest effort on the part of the author to collect all relevant and useful information on the subjects dealt with. [...] The lower Appellate Court confirmed the decision of the first Court and there was a second appeal by the Defendant and a cross-appeal by the Plaintiff. [...] The District Judge of Noakhali however reversed the decision of the Munsif and dismissed the suit holding that in any view of the case the lease was transferable as there was nothing in the Bengal Tenancy Act which ivalidated the sale ; it was transferable by the genal law (Transfer of Property Act).
