In the editorial columns of the Supreme Court Appeals we have -*striven to point out the effect of the :judgments of the Supreme Court on the existing state of law. [...] An exposition in any treatise of the nature of the fundamental rights and the several prerogative writs itroduced for the purpose of enforcing these rights is thus of interest. [...] gation required to be made is that the parties were married and the fact of marriage being the primary and essential fact has to be proved bfore the other allegations as to how under what circumstances and what event the wife had become etitled to be separately maintained the maintenance being claimed on. the baSis of the relationship of husband and wife. [...] The fact of marriage would therefore form part of the pause of action and the place of mariage where part of the cause of ation arises would be a place where the suit could b.e. [...] 226 of the Constitution but 'had not chalenged the jurisdiction of the Goverment; when the Government heard the riatter obviously for the reason that he had taken a chance of the trbunal deciding in his favour which conduct precluded him from coming to the High Court for a writ.
