It tranpired from the argument before the High Court that there was a disagreement beween the Crown and the accused as to the date when the money had been actually tedered the case of the accused being that it was not tendered till the 16th of October. [...] The same plan has been followed in editing the Schedules while the text of the Acts is preceded by a painstaking Introduction " whidh gives the bacground of company legislation in India and a review of the provisions of the existing fltw. [...] 212) to commit the accused for such trial without completing the rest of the evidence but he is bound to record the rest of the evidence for the prosecution under sec. [...] Plaintiff is the objector who has been usuccessful in the objection proceedings bfore the executing Court the right which he claims in the suit is the right to have thproperty in dispute released from attacment it not being the property of the judment-debtor. [...] The Plaintiff was the surety for the Dfendant for the payment of rent to the lanlord.
