By the production of the marr age certificate or oral evidence the fact of a marriage may be proved and under the provisions of the Indian Evidence Act a very strong presumption would arise that the marriage is legal as well unless the cotrary is conclusively proved. [...] In a communication to the Secretary of the Bar Association the Registrar of the Apellae Side says tha" in any case in which an Advocate desires to move the Court for an order for stay of execution in the lower Court under Or. [...] When presenting such memorandum of Appeal to the Stamp Reporter for his report the Avocate will produce the above receipt obtained from the Accountant and on being shown this receipt the Stamp Reporter will communicate to the Accountant through the Advocate the tile number of the Appeal for insertion in the challan provided the Memorandum can be accepted by the Stamp Reporter under the rul [...] If the appeal is admitted the amount will susequently be transferred to the account of the appeal in the Court's ledger under the number given to the appeal after registration. [...] The most interesting portions of the book are the Wills of the Prophet and Ali which are in the common and well-known form of very ancient instruments in which religious matter predominates over secular and an additional colour is lent by a quaint type of prolixity.
