[...] If the customer had notified the bank before the death of the wife the bank could have sued the wife and her husband (as the husband - vas liable for his wife's tort) ; but by the death of the wife the bank not only lost their right against her but also against the husband as the right of action against the husband abated after the wife's death. C. 107 a clerk in the employ of the acceptor (customer) of a bill of exchange forged the signature of the drawer by fraud obtained the signature of the acceptor forged the signature of the named payee and presented it for payment at the acceptor's bank where it was payable. [...] 3 of the Bengal Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act are (1) the Court of the District Judge (2) the Court of the Additional Judge (3) the Court of the Suordinate Judge and (4) the Cdurt of the Munsif. [...] For the purpose of the execution of the dcree which the Additional Munsif pronounced his Court was the Court of the first Munsif for he was then trying suits appertaining to the area which was comprised in the terrtorial jurisdiction of the latter Court.
